The most popular destination in Shanghai would have to be The Bund, which is a waterfront housing a large collection of colonial architecture juxtaposed with modern skyscrapers.

Xi’an – Located in the Shaanxi Province, Xi’an is a historic city and once served as the capital for 13 dynasties. The city is home to many historical ruins, museums and cultural relics thanks to its long and rich history. When visiting Xi’an, a visit to the Terracotta Army is a must-see. It is a large collection of terracotta sculptures, buried with an emperor, located in the Linton District of Xi’an. Other tourist spots to visit are the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Drum Tower and Great Mosque of Xi’an.

Guilin – With a name that means “Forest of Sweet Osmanthus”, Guilin is well known for its scenery of Karst topography. It has stunning limestone landscape with a large number of fragrant Sweet Osmanthus trees. Guilin’s most popular destinations are Yangshuo and Longsheng. Yangshuo is particularly popular among backpackers for its idyllic scenery. Meanwhile, Longsheng is well known for the Longji Rice Terraces built with an intricate pattern on the hillsides of its mountain.
