However, most commercial flights are directed to the former and Gimpo is serving the Tokyo, Shanghai and Osaka international flights as well as domestic flights within South Korea. Among the major airlines that offer direct flights to Seoul are Air Canada, Air China, Air France, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Japan Airlines, KLM, Lufthansa, Malaysia Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Singapore Airlines and United Airlines. Asiana Airlines and Korean Air are two major carriers operating in South Korea and has flights to Seoul to other parts of South Korea as well as other major destinations all over the world.
From the Philippines, Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines are offering a couple of flights a week to Seoul landing in Incheon Airport.
