Check In

Online check-in is available for all flights on Kuwait Airlines. You can check-in at the airlines' website and also avail of other services such as seat selection and excess baggage allowance purchase. If you are checking in at the airport counters, do allow for enough time to complete the check-in process early. It is recommended to complete the check-in procedures at least an hour before departure time.

Seating

Most of the Kuwait Airlines aircraft are wide-body planes with three cabin classes. The First Class cabins have fully enclosed suites, Business Class have wide seats that can lie fully flat to 180 degrees, and Economy cabins have standard seats, arranged nine to a row. Some aircraft have a Premium Economy cabin which features reclining seats. Pillows, blankets, and amenity kits are provided to all passengers.

Baggage

Complimentary baggage allowance depends on the cabin class. Royal Class passengers can check-in three bags at 32 kilograms. each. First class and Business Class passengers are entitled to two bags at 32 kilograms. Economy Class passengers can have two bags at 23 kilograms. For carry-on baggage, First Class and Business Class can bring one piece with a maximum weight of 11 kilograms and a personal item such as a laptop bag or purse. Economy Class passengers can carry one bag not exceeding 7 kilograms. All carry-on baggage must be safely stored in the overhead bins or under the seat.

In Flight Service

F&B: All passengers will have complimentary meals and beverages. There are standard menus available as well as special meals due to dietary and religious restrictions upon request. No alcoholic beverages are served on all Kuwait Airlines flights.

Entertainment: Each seat is equipped with a personal screen and headphones to enjoy the wide selection of movies, TV and music channels. Reading materials like newspapers and magazines are available. Toys and other complimentary items will also be given to young passengers.
