Check In

Online check-in for Turkmenistan Airlines flights is not available at the moment. Passengers would need to allow for ample time to check-in personally at the airport check-in counters. Airport check-in counters will open three hours before departure for international flights, and two hours before departure for domestic flights. If you have any seat preference, you may request for it at the counter, subject to availability. Business Class passengers can also avail of the separate check-in counter for their convenience.

Seating

All of Turkmenistan Airlines’ international flights have two cabin classes: Business Class and Economy Class. The Business Class cabin has 22” wide recliner seats or flat-bed seats depending on the aircraft. The Economy Class cabin will have standard seats that are 17” wide. The seats in most aircraft used for Turkmenistan Airlines’ medium to long-haul flights are equipped with in-seat power and personal audio video display system.

Baggage

The complimentary check bag allowance varies depending on the travel class and flight route. For flights to or from Ashgabat, Economy Class passengers are allowed to check 20 kilograms of baggage free of charge, while Business Class passengers will have 50 kilograms. For flights to or from Bangkok in Thailand, Economy Class passengers are allowed to check 25 kilograms of baggage free of charge, while Business Class passengers will have also have 50 kilograms. For those traveling to or from Amritsar or Delhi in India, Economy Class passengers will enjoy more complimentary checked baggage allowance of 40 kilograms. of baggage free of charge, while Business Class passengers will have the same 50 kilograms. The complimentary cabin baggage allowance is the same for all classes at 5 kilograms per passenger. Baggage exceeding the allowable weight for checked baggage will be subject to baggage fees.

In Flight Service

F&B - Inflight meals are complimentary, and the menus will vary by cabin class. Passengers with dietary restrictions can request for special meals upon ticket reservation or at least 72 hours before the flight departure time.
