LLC Aviastar-TU, or Aviastar-TU, was a passenger and cargo charter airline based in Moscow, Russia. It was founded in 2004 by its parent company CJSC “Aviastar-SP”, with hubs in Rameskoye Airport, Domodedovo International Airport, and Vnukovo International Airport. Aviastar-TU works as transport section for the Ulyanovsk production factory, and operates charters to various local destinations before it was suspended and banned by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in 2010. The CAA has announced that it would examine the airline's flight operations before it can be granted re-activation. Its fleet of Tupolev Tu-203 120, 120c, and 100c were all grounded following the ban and suspension.
