Cheap Flights & Promo Fares from United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates, more popularly known as UAE, is a unique mixture of modern living with tall skyscrapers blending with magnificent desert vistas. UAE is a dry country getting minimum rainfall in a year so the best time to visit would be from October to March when it’s almost always sunny with highs at 27-degress Celsius and can go as low as 15-degrees Celsius. Summers in UAE can get extremely hot reaching 50-degrees Celsius or even higher. During those months, locals and tourists alike can spend their days in extremely modern shopping malls where you can find virtually every brand. When the heat reaches an all-time high, the Wild Wadi Water Park would be an excellent place to spend the day. It is an outdoor water park located in Dubai next to the Burj Al Arab. The Burj Al Arab is a high-end hotel situated on an artificial island and is known as the world’s only 7-star hotel.

For some culture visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, the capital of United Arab Emirates. This grand mosque is the largest mosque in UAE and the eight largest mosque in the world. It is the key place of worship in the country accommodating over 40,000 worshippers and has 82 domes of seven different sizes. General visiting hours for the mosque are from Saturday to Thursday from 9 in the morning to 10 in the evening. Walk-in tours are also available.

Not to miss when on holiday in UAE is the Palm Islands which are two artificial islands, the Palm Jumeirah and the Palm Jebel Ali, located in Dubai. The islands were created in the shape of palm trees topped with a crescent and will consist of residential homes, leisure and entertainment facilities including private beaches.

After enjoying a holiday in the United Arab Emirates, you might enjoy a holiday in any of the neighboring countries:
