Why fly with Kan Air

How to check-in

Since Kan Air only operates several scheduled services and that the company's main focus is charter services and other related air services, it strictly implements an airport check-in only policy, where the airline opens traditional check-in counters on airports of departure. This is a reasonable thing to do – primarily because only few flights are scheduled and other services are available only upon request.

Baggage

Checked Baggage – upon delivery, Kan Air ensures that all baggage to be checked are issued and labeled so as to avoid confusion or lost baggage. Checked baggage is usually carried on the same aircraft as its owner. However, if the airline decides that safety will be compromised, few pieces of baggage may be off-loaded and placed on the subsequent flight. The checked baggage allowance varies depending on the ticket type, and may range between 15-20 kilograms. Kan Promo and Kan Saver passengers get to enjoy 15 kilograms, while Kan Flexi ticket holders may peruse 20 kilograms. Unchecked baggage/carry-on baggage – Passengers for Kan Air are also allowed to carry one piece of baggage provided that it does not exceed the dimensions as set by the airline. The piece of baggage should also meet and not exceed the maximum weight limit of 7 kilograms. Excess baggage – anything in excess of the free baggage allowance are subject to excess baggage fees, as mandated and set by the airline.
