Check In Guide

Azul offers four ways to check-in: web check-in, mobile check-in, Short Message Sending (SMS) check-in, and airport check-in. Web check-in and mobile check-in can be availed 72 hours to 90 minutes before your flight. In web check-in you need to go online, enter your departure as well as arrival time and other details, then get your printable boarding pass. In mobile check-in, you need to access Azul’s mobile app, enter the necessary details, and get your digital boarding pass.
