Aeroméxico Connect, formerly known as Aerolitoral, is a subsidiary of Aeroméxico based at Monterrey International Airport in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The airline is considered the largest and busiest regional airline in Mexico with over 300 flights daily. It operates the feeder services to the hub airports of Aeromexico. Aeroméxico Connect’s extensive network reaches 45 destinations in Mexico and 11 international destinations in North and Central America and the Caribbean. The airline operates short-haul flights to the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and the United States. Aeroméxico Connect also uses Tijuana International Airport as a focus city. As an Aeromexico subsidiary, it uses the Club Premier loyalty program for its frequent flyers and is also an affiliate member of the SkyTeam airline alliance. Check In Guide

There are several ways to check-in for a flight with Aeromexico Connect – online check-in, mobile check-in, self-service kiosks and airport check-in. The first two options are available only for flights operated by Aeromexico and Aeromexico Connect. It is not applicable for codeshare flights. Passengers with special requirements and conditions also cannot do an online and mobile check-in. Web check-in will be available 24 hours before departure for international flights and 48 hours for domestic flights. Mobile boarding passes are accepted at selected airports. For passengers required to check-in at the airport, it is recommended to complete the procedure at least an hour before the flight and be at the boarding gate 45 minutes before flight departure.

Seating Guide

Aeroméxico Connect operates a large fleet of Embraer aircraft. The E-170s are single-class aircraft, while the E-190s feature Business Class and Economy Class cabins. In the Economy cabin, the seats are 17.3” wide with a seat pitch of 31". There are AM Plus seats in the first row of the cabin which has an additional 4 inches of legroom. The Clase Premier or Business Class cabin has recliners 18” wide with a generous seat pitch of 36”.

Baggage Allowance

All Aeromexico Connect passengers are given a complimentary hand baggage allowance of 10 kilograms for Economy Class and 18 kilograms for Clase Premier. The complimentary checked baggage allowance is one piece of baggage of a maximum weight of 25 kilograms and linear dimensions of 158 cm. Clase Premier passengers are allowed to check in 2 pieces at 30 kilograms each. Baggage which exceeds the free allowance or baggage which require special handling is subject to a fee. In Flight Services

F&B: In-flight meals are also complimentary on Aeromexico Connect flights. The menu will vary depending on the cabin class, flight route, and flight duration. A wide selection of soft drinks, juices, and alcoholic drinks are also available. Those with special dietary requirements may also pre-book a special meal for the flight provided the request is made 48 hours before takeoff at our call center.

Entertainment: The Embraer narrow-body aircraft of Aeromexico does not have personal seat-back screens. Instead, movies and TV series can be streamed free on your smartphone or tablet using the GoGo Vision inflight entertainment system. Passengers can also enjoy the bilingual in-flight magazines, Aire & Accent.
