Korup National Park – Located in the Southwest Province, Korup National Park covers a land area of 1,260 square kilometers. Most of this land area is undisturbed primary or old-growth forest. The Korup National Park is considered to be the oldest and richest rainforests in Africa. It is rich in diversity of floral and fauna. The park is open to visitors and popular for bird watching and viewing of primate animals such as the Nigeria chimpanzee and Preuss’s red colobus.

Dja Faunal Reserve – Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Dja Faunal Reserve is home to a diverse group of species. It has more than 1,500 plant species, over 107 mammals and 320 bird species – five of which are considered to be threatened species.

Mankon Museum – Located in Mankon-Bamenda, the Mankon Museum is an art and cultural museum. It has exhibits the cultural and artistic productions of the small Kingdom of Mankon. The museum’s exhibits include artifacts that can be linked back to old prestigious and ordinary rituals that were considered very significant at the time. Most of these artifacts would bear the memory of the treasures of kings, notables and secret societies in Mankon.

Mvog-Betsi Zoo – Located in Yaoundé, the Mvog-Betsi Zoo is home to a wide range of species that include reptiles, big cats and birds of prey. Some of the more popular residents of the zoo include baboons, lions, monkeys, mandrill, drill and mangabeys.
