Meanwhile, the José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport is located in Guayas and serves the city of Guyaquil. It is the second busiest airport in Ecuador. In the Galapagos Islands, a territory of Ecuador, also has two main airports – the Seymour Airport (GPS) in Baltra Island and the San Cristóbal Airport (SCY) in San Cristobal Island.

Tortuga Bay – Located on the Santa Cruz Island of the Galapagos Islands, Tortuga Bay is home to a large beach that is preserved for the wildlife found in the area such as marine iguanas and Galapagos crabs. While swimming is prohibited on this beach, there is a separate cove where visitors can swim and view white tip reef sharks and tiger sharks.
