Established in 2009 as a joint venture between the Cambodian government and Vietnam Airlines, Cambodia Angkor Air flies to 17 international destinations and three domestic destinations. Web or mobile check-in for Cambodia Angkor Air is not available at the moment. Passengers would have to check in at the airport counters. For international flights, counters are opened 2 hours before the flight and close 30 minutes before the flight. If you are departing from Phnom Penh International Airport, Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport, or Siem Reap-Angkor International Airport, please note that check-in counters at these airports will close 50 minutes before the flight departure. To avoid delays in check-in and security screening, you are recommended to be at the airport at least 1 hour before departure of domestic flights and at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure of your international flight.

Baggage Allowance

Passengers on Cambodia Angkor Air are entitled to free cabin baggage allowance depending on the ticket class. Business Class passengers can carry two bags weighing 7kg, while Economy Class passengers can carry one bag of 7kg. The overall dimensions of each bag shall not exceed 115 cm. In addition to their cabin baggage, each passenger may also carry a personal handbag, laptop bag, infant's bassinet, or other similar personal items for the passengers use while onboard the flight. The allowance for checked baggage will also vary depending on the ticket class. For Business Class it is 40kg, Premium Economy is allowed to check in 30kg, and Economy Class is given a complimentary baggage allowance of 20kg.


Cambodia Angkor Air has a fleet size of seven aircraft. Most of its aircraft are all-Economy with one Airbus A320 having an Economy Class cabin and a 16-seater Business Class cabin. The Economy seats are standard 17.9” wide with a 29-30” pitch in a 3-3 configuration. The Business Class cabin is roomier with a 2-2 seating configuration. There are some Economy Class seats with extra legroom and those near exit rows, near the bulkhead or double seats at the rear which can be selected for an additional fee.
