Check In Guide

Online check-in service is available for flights departing from Casablanca towards all destinations, excluding Canada and the United States. You can check in as early as 48 hours up to 2 hours before your flight departure. Return check-in can also be done if your return flight is scheduled within 24 hours of the departure flight.

At the airport, you will just have to leave your baggage at the baggage drop-off counter, or the Royal Air Maroc counter. There are also self-service kiosks for easy check-in at the Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca, the Agadir Al Massira Airport and the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam.

Seating

Royal Air Maroc operates an all-Boeing fleet with Business and Economy Class cabins. Business Class on its long-haul and medium haul flights have spacious cabins, lie-flat seats or recliners depending on the aircraft with a seat pitch of up to 70”. The seat also comes with massage functions. Economy seats are standard leather seats with a seat pitch of 30 to 32”. Pillows, blankets, and travel kits are provided to all passengers.

Baggage Guide

Complimentary baggage allowance may vary depending on booking class, the point of origin and destination, and Safar Flyer membership. Business Class passengers on long-haul flights will have a baggage allowance of 3 bags with a maximum weight of 23kg each. Passengers departing for Brazil will get an allowance of 3 bags of 32kg each, while passengers departing for Bissau can check-in two bags at 32kg each. Safar Flyer members get one additional piece of 23kg. For the short or medium haul flights, the baggage allowance per passenger is two pieces of 23kg. Safar Flyer members will still get one additional piece of 23kg.

In Flight Service

F&B: Royal Air Maroc serves complimentary meals on flights lasting more than two and a half hours. Welcome drinks, appetizers and a good variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also available. For flights lasting less than 2 hours, a cold snack will be served with your choice of hot or cold drinks.

Entertainment: Business Class passengers will enjoy video-on-demand on individual 15.3-inch screens with a selection of the latest movies, classic films, music, documentaries and TV series. The Economy Class cabin will have individual screens of 8.9-inch screen. There are also shared screens for medium-haul flights featuring movies and documentaries. Newspapers and magazines including the in-flight magazine, RAM Magazine, are also available.
