Air Caraibes is a regional airline that serves 13 islands across the French Caribbean. It is managed by two overseas territories of France – Guadeloupe and Martinique. It operates flights to Paris, but most of its flights are to islands in the West Indies, including countries such as Saint Lucia, Cuba, Haiti, Dominican Republic, The Bahamas, French Guiana, and Saint Martin, to name a few. Check-In Process

Online check-in is available on the website. You need to enter your booking reference or e-ticket number to retrieve your booking and obtain your boarding pass. Passengers who do not have any checked baggage can proceed straight to the security checkpoint after checking in online. You must arrive at the gate at least 30 minutes before the departure time. For those with checked baggage, please proceed to the airline check-in counter at least 1.5 hours or 1 hour before the departure time for international and regional flights respectively.

Seating Plan

There are three classes of seats available – Classe Soleil (Economy), Classe Caraibes (Premium Economy), and Classe Madras (Business). Premium Economy and Business Class passengers are allowed to select their seats, except for Top Seats, which are typically the most spacious seats on the plane. Economy Class passengers will need to pay €15 (898 pesos) to select their seats. Seat selection can be done either during the time of booking or by going to the ‘Manage my reservation’ page.

Baggage Allowance and Fees

Economy Class passengers get one 23 kg checked baggage, while Premium Economy passengers get two 23 kg bags. Business Class passengers have a baggage allowance of two 32 kg bags. Children under the age of 2 have a baggage allowance of one 10 kg bag, and a folder stroller or car seat. Overweight baggage with a weight of up to 32 kg will incur a fee of €50 (2992 pesos). The baggage allowances may differ if you are a member of Air Caraibes’ frequent flyer program, which may include additional benefits. All passengers are allowed to bring one 12 kg carry-on baggage.

F&B Options

All passengers on long haul flights will be served complimentary meals and beverages. Requests for special meals, such as vegetarian, halal, kosher, or fine dining meals, can be made for an additional fee up to 48 hours before departure time. In-Flight Entertainment

In-flight entertainment is available on Air Caraibes. Passengers can select from the latest movies, cult classics, music, or games. In addition, for children aged 2 to 11 years, Air Caraibes can provide an amenity kit which includes some games, a snack, and a healthy breakfast, in addition to regular meals.
