Please inform Barcelonaguest in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Once you have made the reservation, the establishment will contact you by email to arrange a meeting place and time for your arrival. Please ensure the email address provided during the booking process is correct. Please note that there is a EUR 200 refundable cash deposit, to be paid upon arrival. Parties and loud music are not permitted in the apartments. The management reserve the right to end the reservation of any guests owing to complaints on these grounds. No compensation will be offered in these cases. Bookings of more than one apartment may not be made without the prior approval of Barcelonaguest management.
