Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Recreatiepark het Esmeer in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. The exclusive costs (bed linen per person) and tourist tax (per person per night) are mandatory costs applied to all guests aged 2 and over. Please note a bed linen fee applies of EUR 13 for 14 days. After 14 days, the bed linen will be changed again and a surcharge of EUR 13 applies. Please note that late check-in past 17:00 is only possible upon request. If guests expect to arrive past 17:00, they are requested to contact the property. Guests can request the following extras (optionally) at an additional charge: - Extra bed linen: EUR 13.50 per set - Towel package: EUR 5.50 per set - Kitchen linen: EUR 4.50 per set - Children's furniture (baby bed, high chair, play pen): free (bed linen excluded) - Stairgate (free when requested in advance) - Late check-out until 16:00 (subject to availability): EUR 50 - Reservation modification costs: EUR 10 -Pets: EUR 7.50 per pet per night.
