This particular boutique hotel is very pleasing to the eyes on multiple levels, especially the color schemes used for the bedrooms and throughout the hotel. The 6th floor lounge, bar and Veranda area are fabulous places to hang out. The ongoing upgrades resulting from the purchase by IHG will only enhance thebstatus of this hotel. Finally, the support staff were friendly and super helpful in providing services and giving guidance. I will definitely love to do a return visit in the future.

Honestly the room was spacious, clean, and patio is really nice. Close to the train station if you need to catch a train but a little bit far from the main attractions that most people go to Rome to see. Staff was not very friendly. One of the concierge was very rude and yelled at use for grabbing breakfast and kept asking what room we were staying in.

"Despite being small, the room was extremely comfortable. The mattress, linens, and pillows were excellent. The shower was very good, and the amenities were beautifully scented.
I would also like to emphasize the quietness inside the rooms, which proves they invested in good soundproofing. Another major highlight was the breakfast—truly excellent, featuring a great selection of fruits, breads, cheeses, and more.
Furthermore, I must commend the entire team across reception, the bar, and housekeeping.
I’d like to give a special mention to Clara, who provided outstanding service both during breakfast and at the rooftop. Congratulations to all! I will certainly return to this hotel on my future trips to Rome."

Debacle after debacle - no electricity or water for more than 8 hours on a 35 degree day and after a 35 hour flight/travel paid for extra night so that room would be available when checked in only to be told they sold the room I paid for!! The guy on desk was very helpful and sorted it out however disappointed then no electricity or water for 8 hours definitely not great
