Wonderful Hotel

Such an amazing hotel! Rooms are cosy and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, and the location is perfect. Gorgeous forest right behind the hotel which you can walk to the zoo from. The town centre is also easily accessible from the hotel. Also highly recommend the Hotels restaurant.

Small, rustic hotel

Classic small Bavarian hotel, simple but very clean, very quiet location, free parking in front of the door. Nothing new-fangled. Food (breakfast and dinner) very good. We will book it again next year when we are at the trade fair.

Clean, close to the fair and affordable

Solid hotel well connected to the trade fair if you want to avoid the traffic jam in the morning from the city. Don t expect a fancy hotel (during the trade fair they go for at least 250€ upwards) but a clean family owned place with great breakfast. The service is very attentive and friendly and the rooms are well kept, clean and of adequate size.
To recommend for business travellers who have to consider their company's budget

Great location for leaving car and traveling into Nurnberg for Christkindlmarkt!

We were in Germany revisiting some of our old haunts and needed a place to stay for the Christkindlmarkt. It seems a little out of the way, but there is a bus stop across the street and for 2.50 Euro one-way, you can get to the Hauptbahnhof and walk a short distance to the Marktplatz. The beds are firm, but comfortable enough, the showers are hot, the breakfast is one of our favorites. You will have to pay for wifi, but it is that way at many places in Europe. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the fragrance from the detergent used to wash the comforter...it didn't bother my husband, just be prepared if you are sensitive to such things.

Small inexpensive clean Hotel, with access to a beautiful forest, close to Bus, very good breakfast.

We stayed for a week, had a quiet room, close to the Bus, very good breakfast, and were able to enjoy the beautiful forest just behind the hotel, also very friendly service.
We did not need our car, which was just perfect. To reach Downtown or the train station was very easy and fast.
