Recommended! Customer friendly staff! Everything was good!

Very good hotel. Hardworking people! Perfect clean rooms and facilities. During our stay is was very hot, without problem we could move to a room with an airco. We were very grateful for that. Rich breakfast with a lot of choice. Sure we will come back!! Thank you for our wonderful stay. From fam. IJsseldijk-Holland

Heat in the rooms and noisy place.

The rooms are extremely hot; today we asked for a fan for the room, and they told us they do not have any even at the reception. It is logical that on the upper floors, the heat is unbearable. The cafeteria closes because there is a buffet service at the hotel, so you cannot have anything until they finish. Breakfast is not served until 11:30 AM, and the beach bar and the "outdoor play area" are not operational until July and August. The hotel does not take care of its guests; there is a lot of noise, and I ordered an ice cream for the child, but they have nothing available in summer, especially with children, anyway.

El horario extendido de desayuno busca ofrecer flexibilidad, mientras que las áreas recreativas externas operan en temporada alta para garantizar su máximo rendimiento. Reforzaremos las medidas para minimizar las molestias acústicas y revisaremos la disponibilidad de productos estacionales.
Destacamos nuestra ubicación privilegiada a 300 metros de la playa de Ris, donde muchos huéspedes disfrutan de la brisa marina durante su estancia.

Correct 3-star hotel with a good location

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel in early June. We went with a very low-priced half-board offer, so we could not demand much. We did not go with Imserso, but the hotel was 90% occupied by Imserso guests. The location is good, the room is spacious, and the staff is friendly. Good pool. They provided us with parking free of charge. The breakfast was quite acceptable. The dinner was more "basic." It is a hotel that, outside of high season and without booking through Imserso, is a good option due to its location.

Le damos las gracias por decantarse por nuestro hotel en su reciente visita a nuestra hermosa ciudad.
Nos complace saber que disfrutó de la comodidad de su habitación, el trato cercano de nuestro equipo y las instalaciones como la piscina exterior.
Dicho esto, lamentamos que la experiencia gastronómica durante las cenas no alcanzara el nivel esperado. Trabajamos diariamente para ofrecer propuestas variadas y equilibradas, por lo que tomamos nota de su observación para seguir mejorando.
No obstante, nos alegra que aspectos como el desayuno buffet, la ubicación privilegiada cerca de la playa y el aparcamiento gratuito contribuyeran positivamente a su estancia.
Esperamos volver a recibirle en otra ocasión.

Old and dirty building

Very fair in everything. Aging bathrooms. Blackened silicone, moisture stains, leaks...Expensive and sparse breakfast.

Great little hotel

Excellent - traditional 3 star hotel, so not fancy but great location, everything you need (comfy beds, air conditioning, plenty of space, garden bar), spotlessly clean, hardworking and helpful staff. Pool was closed but we were warned in advance, and the team made it very welcoming despite all the Covid protocols.
