Excellent address!

Quiet accommodation, offering indoor parking surrounded by a perimeter wall. Great pleasant park. The apartment is functional, clean, spacious for 3 people. Large bathroom. Satisfactory room service (towels changed, beds redone daily). The tapestries deserve to be refreshed... Kitchenette area with fridge, freezer, induction hob, sink, washing machine. The dishes deserve a little more.

Disappointing decoration and especially curtains and quilt, old and wrinkled

Generally speaking it is fine but they have no waste the curtains (old, wrinkled) you can get so much with so little , it is a shame because the location is good

BILLING ABOVE ALL ELSE?

On 27/06/24 I booked this hotel through Booking. I opted for option payment at the time of booking (pay now) indicating my interest in occupying the room.
A few hours into my trip, my vehicle is damaged in a traffic accident that prevents me from moving. I call the hotel on the 27th at lunchtime to indicate the situation and they tell me that for them they could refund my money, but that it is a booking policy (cancellation was possible until 26/06 at 0:00). I speak with booking who understands the situation sends an email to the hotel to give the ok to the return (the hotel does NOT have reception in the afternoons, only a phone number). The hotel does not respond to messages. Saturday 28th contact with the reception and a girl, very kind, tells me that her partner without considering any mail has billed (to Booking I understand) the day before and therefore nothing can be done. Still, talk to the head of desk who refers us to the management's decision Monday morning.
No word from the hotel.

Terrible!

Awful hotel! Do not book it! Far away from the city, has a lot of reconstructions next to it, even a taxi driver can not find. Loud, feels like neighbors are next to you, you can hear every move of your neighbors, everything is old and in bad condition.....

Wouldn’t even keep my dog in there. Awful.

Recently visited as a stop over in Madrid.
The photos are complete false advertising and the room was disgraceful.
No one on reception.
The room was filthy and I wouldn’t even leave my dog in it for an hour.
I would not recommend to anyone.
I would like someone to get in contact regarding a full refund as it was cold, unpleasant and as mentioned total false advertising.
