Staying comfortable and central

Well located in the center and at the foot of the old town. Rooms, bathroom and very spacious corridors. Very reduced reception. Fantastic views and more from the restaurant on the top floor where tb is given breakfast

Poor management at the front desk

Bad experience because of the front desk. I requested a taxi at the front desk, giving a specific address to go to a guided tour, giving them the destination address, and when I got into the taxi, he told me he could not go through there because there was a race. I had to pay the taxi flag-down fee for nothing and I missed the tour that I had already paid for. A tremendous lack of professionalism that cost me money and ruined my afternoon plans. I do not recommend it due to its poor management.

Very central location

Excellent attention, very professional. Quick check-in and check-out. Comfortable, spacious, and very clean rooms. Very varied buffet breakfast. Unbeatable location in the center of the World Heritage City.

There was a bunch of teenagers on my floor who partied until 4am. I would never advise staying there

Extreme noise of furniture moving through mid night and their response was people are leaving and the noise will end soon, 3 of us woke up due to it!
More like a pension or motel than a hotel, feels like people also live in the building.
Not what I expected for this price.
