The staff was very friendly & the hotel was very clean. The room was very big for a family of four& the breakfast was excellent. The only disappointment was that there was no iron & ironing board in the room. It's close to the airport so I would stay here again.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene and Breakfast Conditions

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards were far below acceptable. The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival — the floors were dusty, the bathroom had stains, and the overall condition of the room made us feel uncomfortable.
What shocked me the most was the breakfast area. It was not only poorly maintained, but literally swarming with flies. It was so unhygienic that I couldn’t bring myself to eat anything. The food was left uncovered and seemed to have been sitting out for too long. It was honestly one of the most unappetizing and unpleasant breakfast experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel.
Given the level of cleanliness and hygiene, I cannot recommend this hotel. It was far from what I expected, especially considering its star rating. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve cleanliness and food safety, as these are fundamental expectations for any guest.

Poor hotel

We stayed for long weekend and wedding was downstairs fri and sat night. So loud until 3am. Complained and were told why dont we find another hotel.very unhelpful and unfriendly staff who acted like you were annoying them by speaking. Air conditioning in room was so cold and loud could not use although was 30° outside.
Breakfast hot buffet was completely cold, unsatisfactory to eat. Bread rolls were not fresh. Yoghurts out of date.

The air conditioning does not work properly and we were informed by a staff member that this is one of the hotels biggest complaints.it has one v high v cold setting and although has a full remote in the room.. is pointless. My family all left with cold and coughs after 4 nights.my child needs to go to the doctors fir her cough.
The staff are some of the rudest I have ever encountered, the manager being the worst.they treat you as if they are letting you stay for free and anything you ask is a massive chore.
Breakfast was good some days not so good others. Ants over at the coffee machine and flies on the Meats and cheeses. Brought this to the waitresses attention and she shrugged, didnt care.
My 1 year old daughter had a cough and got sick twice (air con related) we were told they would not give us any more sheets for her cot because they gave already changed twice.
Staff too busy on their personal mobiles..
Would recommend you stay else where!!!
