Riad Rim an oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of downtown Marrakesh. Great place to stay
Central Marrakesh is busy, noisy and chaotic, but we found an oasis of calm tucked away in the small backstreets of Marrakesh is Riad Rim. From the outside it looked like another ordinary building but inside it was wonderfully warm and inviting. Striking Moroccan decor including a ornate pool in the main foyer, dining area and four well appointed bedrooms.
Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, sofa and table. There was A/C in the room but no television. However with strong WiFi we were able to watch movies on Netflix on our devices and go online. I actually had an impromptu business meeting I had to join and the staff went out of their way to make the lounge downstairs available for me to do this.
The staff at Riad Rim were exceptional, especially Ismail a friendly and helpful young man who went out of his way to make our stay brilliant. The rest of the team were helpful too, and Ibtisam who cooked our dinner was a wonderful cook, preparing amazing meals from scratch. We would definitely recommed dinner and breakfast at Riad Rim.
In terms of leisure there is a rooftop terrace with jacuzzi hot tub and also a Hammam with option for massage too.
Overall our 4 night stay at Riad Rim was a lovely experience. A great base from which we explored Morocco with daily excursions hiking in Ourika Valley and Agafay Desert Show. We would recommend Riad Rim as a great place to stay in central Marrakesh

Escape to Marrakesh
Experience that surprised us by the positive from booking until the end of our visit to Marrakesh.
Excellent location, a few meters from the Souks.
Upon arriving at Riad Riam, after walking through busy and narrow alleys, we were surprised by a quiet, welcoming place with a clean pool, bar, terrace and jacuzzi.
The very large, comfortable rooms, with a closet area and a bath the size of a jacuzzi.
All without exception from the management, chef, receptionists, and all the people we contacted, were super helpful, friendly, attentive and competent.
Thank you all for making our experience in Marrakesh magical.
A place to return and definitely recommend.

OASIS IN THE HEART OF THE MEDINA
It is a very nice riad, really well placed, with a warm Welcoming. Everything was spotless and the meals excellent.
We bring a small downside (which we talked with the management) regarding breakfast: very long wait (+ 30 minutes) and quite summary. No fresh fruit or juice which is a bit of a shame. But this is only a small inconvenience compared to the quality of the rest.

10 star experience
Wonderful experience, we stayed at Riad Rim 6 nights with a couple of friends. Everything perfect, the place is wonderful and very clean. The super friendly staff is always available. Special thanks Noureddine, always smiling and super kind. I recommend you try their cuisine, the Chef Ibtissam fantastic, great cook!! Thank you for making our stay great!!!

Good Riad, decent breakfast, no pool and jacuzzi
Nice riad, very well placed in the heart of the medina but in a quiet dead end. Decent breakfast without more. Too bad the jacuzzi or pool are not usable because not heated. The staff is friendly and helpful
