Sweetness of life at Riad Dar Pierre
The welcome is warm and the staff are fabulous. They are considerate, attentive, warm, smiling, and provide excellent advice. A big thank you to the whole team :) The icing on the cake: excellent typical dishes.
To sum up, we had a perfect stay there.

Old town, very good food, quiet
We were picked up there by a member of staff from the riad.
We got a room for 4 people on the first floor for our family. There was a comfortable sofa corner and 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs. The water pipes don't give out much water, but that's normal when you choose accommodation in the middle of the old town.
We found the food at Dar Pierre much better than in other riads in Meknes or Marrakech. For breakfast there was a nice selection of different flatbreads and breads, eggs, jam and honey, and olives. If you ordered dinner, it was always freshly made and very tasty. For starters there were several small plates with various hot and cold dishes.
Sometimes outsiders came to eat in the riad in the evening and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere by the illuminated pool in the courtyard.
The pool in the shady courtyard was quite cold but had changing lighting, which our children enjoyed. If you wanted to soak up the sun, you went to the roof terrace. From there you could also see the mosque next door, from whose loudspeakers the call to prayer sounded several times a day. We thought that was very nice, as it was typical of the country.
