Delightful! Well located, nice room, splendid hospitality

This riad is inside the medina and close to the souks, so very handily placed with a carpark a couple of minutes walk away.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was splendid, a glass of mint tea and some cakes to relieve the tension of the drive before being shown to our room. The room was also excellent, large and well-provisioned with a very large bathroom.
The breakfasts were a stand-out. We woke each morning to the smell of lovely coffee and the taste was spot on. Freshly cooked pastries and other hot dishes and a wide supply of juice, fruits and yoghurt.
We cannot praise the hospitality of Hassan, Omar and Fatiha highly enough. They were kind and friendly, extremely helpful. They really did make us feel part of the family.

Comfort and Hostpitality.

My husband and I stayed two nights at Riad Ahlam, a wonderful place to stay during our visit to Fes.
The hospitality was exceptional, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served with a smile. Our room was very comfortable and spacious.
Thank you for your hospitality; we highly recommend this riad.

Authentic quality road stay

Beautiful traditional building with spacious peaceful interior, rooms & great rooftop garden with great views. Stairs are steep. Our host Omar was very attentive to our needs. Breakfast was included and we chose to eat 2 evening meals here. The food is traditional, very fresh & tasty. A very authentic experience. I would happily return to stay.

We can not say enough about this riad. Our favorite place in Morocco. The friendliest staff ever! We can not wait to spend time there again. Next we are in Fes we will stay at this beautiful riad.

I spent 4 nights at Riad Ahlam from 21/3-25/3. Had a wonderful time exploring the medina with its madrasas, mausoleum, tannery, city park, and beautiful Bab Bou Jeloud. Riad Ahlam’s courtyard, where breakfast was professionally served every morning, is absolutely lovely with its tilework, fountain, and assorted decorative items. There’s also a lovely rooftop terrace. The wifi is excellent as is the hot water. Very nice welcoming tea is served upon arrival. I had a rental car and used the nearby Ain Azliten lot that charges 40 dirham for overnight parking. Kacem and his hard working hospitable staff at Riad Ahlam are going to make sure your stay is memorable and a joy.
