The hotel is, really, a boutiqu hotel.
I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it.
There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this).
The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :)
Also,ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. I didn't not evidence of sheet refreshir even clean of desk :(
Airconditioning was good.
Hotwater may be less than hot if you are late after the moring crowd - 8am
Breakfast OK...nothing fancy.
Beware the place has no lifts so if you have a heavy bag it may be an issue..albeit the receptionist will offer help.
Lastly, and this is my opion as a businessperson, I think allthe owner's money was spent on acquiring tbe place and, thus, skimping on the ongoing/running cost.

Conveniently located in the newer part of Fes, with shops & restaurants within a minute's walk. Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Good hotel in a great location in the newer part of Fes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for the two nights I was there. I couldn't seem to warm the room up but I also didn’t ask anyone to help with it, which I’m sure they would have! I had to be out early for my flight and the manager brought me a coffee and some cake whilst I waited for the taxi which was really thoughtful.
