Moxy Tulum — A Fantastic Stay!
From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely wonderful friendly, helpful, engaging, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can really tell that the team takes pride in creating a great guest experience.
The property itself is very clean, well maintained, and extremely well run. The pool area is a great place to relax, and the pool attendants truly bend over backwards to help and make sure you have everything you need. Their service and attention to detail really stood out.
The gym is on the smaller side, but don’t let that discourage you. It has enough equipment to easily get in a solid hotel workout and stay on track while traveling.
The location is another big plus—convenient for exploring Tulum, while the hotel offers a comfortable stay at a moderate and reasonable price.
Overall, Moxy Tulum checks all the boxes: great staff, cleanliness, excellent service, good location, a relaxing pool, and good value.
Definitely recommend Moxy Tulum if you’re planning a trip to Tulum!

Vacation in Tulum
Location is a bit far from central but still ok to access there.
Staff is also nice.
Especially, David is very kind to us.
Always take care of us.
However, there are some points they can improve.

Great Stay at Moxy Tulum
A special shoutout to David, who took care of us every morning at breakfast. He remembered our names from day one and always welcomed us with a smile, even when we returned later in the day. That personal touch made us feel genuinely valued.
The breakfast was okay—not anything to rave about—but it was convenient and enough to get the day started.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and great service made it a place we’d definitely consider staying at again.
