I recommend it if you want a quiet place.

Beautiful boho resort, great beach, cozy rooms.
The only downside is that its located in a national park and you need to rent a car, bike or anything, in order to get out, otherwise you have to order taxi, which is very expensive. Also far from “restaurants area”.

Fantastic !!!

Loved it! It's a paradise Kai Tulum has a peace and divine energy. The room is beautiful and spectacular food, its beach club is very chic ✨and the pool facing the sea fabulous! I will definitely come back

A disastrous experience, I strongly advise against!

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. The food was inedible, the Service deplorable and the hygiene more than doubtful. I even noticed insects in the room, which is totally unacceptable.
Regarding the refund of unused benefits, I have been waiting for several weeks without any answer, despite sending all the requested documents. Management does not appear to be at all concerned with customer complaints.
I strongly advise against this property.

Very good stay

Very good hotel , very welcome from Lucas , the room was superb and the proximity to the beach is a plus. The parking is very accessible The kindness of the staff also. Only one downside on the living room, the air conditioning in room 12 was very noisy.

Suffering hotel! Careful!

Hotel within a national park, we took almost 2h to access due to the congestion of cars at the entrance! Arriving at the hotel, the room was dirty with other guests' clothes forgotten in the drawers! There was no breakfast at the hotel, just a menu with abusive prices for the a la carte breakfast! On the first morning we scheduled the delivery of coffee with milk in the room at 7:30, we left the hotel at 9:30 and had not arrived, we charged several times for the arrival of the cafe, but we did not get a response and we were without.
Hot water did not work, we had to request several times maintenance to take a 5min bath, and the problem was not resolved until the end of our stay. Wifi does not work in the rooms and very bad around the hotel. After 22h all staff leave and there is no one at the reception, hotel completely abandoned at night! In short, it is not worth the value it charges, I would give 2 stars to this painful hotel that we were unlucky to choose!
Be careful and don't fall into that cold! Room cleaning service practically does not exist, just arrange the beds, because the dirty glasses from the 1st day we arrived were in the same place after the 3rd day here. Empty glass conditioner in the first bath, we left open to facilitate replacement, closed, and it was left empty until the end of the stay. The room does not have a TV, two windows without curtain let the sun in as soon as it rises.
Finally, shared beach, lots of algae and fishing boats to all sides of the beach.
