Pathetic
Anyone in Ernakulam knows they hike the bills. And when you try to register a complaint the owner and employees threaten you.
Ask for Menu upfront in this Hotel( they doesn't have one) if you are ever forced to enter this shabby place.
Better - Never step into this Restaurant run by Goondas at all.

Worth staying
After I landed at the airport I checked into this place. I was hell tired and expected the services to be nice but that dint really happened. I wanted to take a hot water bath but there was no hot water supply, I also had to specially ask for fresh towels in the bathroom which were not available. The staff was very lethargic and cold. After taking a bath I decided to order something nice to eat but half the things mentioned in the menu card were not available. The stay was a disaster and I was highly disappointed.
