Please don't rent the rooms with Kitchen

We had rented the 1 bhk for 6 days and as per their policy they took the full amount in advance.
At night (1:30am) when we went back to the room, the whole house was filled with cockroaches.
The other two also had lizards in them.
They accomodated us in the room without kitchen for the night.
In the morning, after trying for multiple times, mr. Raj picked up the phone and asked us to leave before 11am or he'd charge us for that day as well.
With no place to go to, we left the place with a promise of refund.
However, they deducted half the amount saying that they have charged us for one day stay and then 2 day penalty even though we left the place because their house had pests. We tried to reach an understanding so that they return the penalty charged but they didn't budge and said "we're helping you enough by sending half the amount".
Please think twice before making a booking with them.
I'd give a negative rating if I could.
Note - the front desk staff and the boys who helped us around were very hospitable.

There was no toiletries till we asked. No toilet paper. No food menu in the room till we asked. no instructions on dial number for concierge - had to google the hotel number and call then was told that to dial 9 on phone to reach concierge. No basic amenities like iron box, hair dryer etc. After ordering food it took about an hour to be delivered. Quantity of food was good but the taste was not great.

Perfect hotel for Corporate stay, located very close to many Tech parks in this cluster.... Recommended for their friendly staff, and their on time service.... Clean place and more peaceful from outside traffic....

Superb Experience

Excellent Ambience, Close to RMZ Ecospace, major coporate offices and other co-working spaces. Ample parking and prompt service yet more affordability than the likes of Oyo and lemon tree. Close to Outer Ring and other essential amenities.
