Excellent location and good prices

We booked two spacious family rooms for 2 nights under the Accor Family Offer at a very good price. Check-in was smooth, and we were given quiet rooms on the highest, 9th floor, overlooking the back of the hotel, as requested.
The hotel is modern, well maintained, and very easy to reach from the airport by public bus. Public transportation—including the metro, buses, and trams—is also easily accessible, making it convenient to reach the main sights of the Old city, such as Parliament, St. Stephen’s Basilica, Buda Castle, and Fisherman’s Bastion.
The Danube is just a short walk away, and you can also take a ferry to Parliament from there. There are several good restaurants close to the hotel. There is also a currency exchange office directly opposite the hotel if you need Hungarian forints (HUF), although we paid for our stay in euros, as specified in our booking.
Breakfast was also very good, with a rich variety of food and juices.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location, good quality, and great value for money.

The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful! I accidentally dropped an expensive and sentimental earring down the bathroom sink, so I asked the receptionist for help. Even though the maintenance team was away on summer holiday, she asked housekeeping to look into it, and they retrieved it for me! I had almost given up hope, but they came through!
On another stay, I accidentally left my AirPods in the room after checking out. I called them, and they found them and posted them straight to my home in London! They are so efficient, reliable, and trustworthy. I stay here almost every time I visit Budapest, and they make me happy every single time!

Top in everything

Excellent hotel, in an ideal location for visiting Budapest. Varied and abundant breakfast. Small but comfortable rooms, clean with very comfortable beds. The double pillow is also excellent. Very courteous at reception, we were also able to use the luggage storage on the day of departure. Only two downsides, the lack of a minibar and a curtain, in addition to the blackout one.

Air conditioning does not work well, not cool at all. No fridge in the room. No drinking water or bottled water provided. But the staff are helpful and the hotel is located in city centre.

Just two steps from the subway, centrally located.

Centrally located, just two steps from the Kalvin Ter metro and other means of transport like buses and trams. There are also several bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is beautiful, with clean and well-maintained environments, and the staff is very attentive to everything. The breakfast is good and varied. The only downside is the lack of a mini fridge in the room; it would be convenient, but otherwise, the room was clean. Good hotel, primarily for its location. For being in the city center, I would say it is quiet.
