Our stay at panarama studios

We stayed first time in crete at panarama studios crete .After arriving early hrs August 22nd to a room that was not suitable the owner Eva said to call back to reception after breakfast and she would find another room which she did no problem and it was sorted quickly..Are stay was lovely very friendly staff and breakfast was really nice the overall service was exceptional although it was dated it was clean and cleaning staff were very lovely and friendly. We loved are stay and hope to return in 2027 the resort was amazing. The pooll was lovely and bar and restaurant was really nice with nice food and excellent service would recommend anyone on first visit to try panarama studios Eva was such a nice and friendly person and carnt wait to return unfortunately we carnt make next year as our holidays are already booked but will be there September 2027. Thankyou Eva for a lovely stay.

Just not.

Just awful. The beds were dirty, the air conditioner stinked. We had to have the window open so it didn't smell that bad. The internet was only in one room. To make the check-in we waited around 10-20 minutes we passed phones and we did not pick it up. But when it was time to pay, they came right away. The pool was one of the few pleasant parts of our visit. I do not recommend don't spend your money

Very bad.

Bad accommodation without the basics.Dirty and old.We waited for at least 20 minutes and after phone calls came to give us the room.Owen came the time of payment but it was in time!!

Nice apartment equipped with almost everything (no safe, too bad!...and plastic containers). They sent a PDF with the house instructions before arrival saying that there would be someone to "meet in person" but no one showed up, only dry replies on WhatsApp! Personally I don't recommend it, you arrive tired and have to understand how to enter the house, connect to the wifi and turn on the water heater by deciphering a PDF in English!
The wifi didn't work one day and the assistance responded 2 days later, when we had already left!

Amazing value

This place greatly under sells itself. Our room was booked via the main apartment booking site and we paid only around 50 euro for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with nice pool!! How can you complain about that.
It is true little shampoos are not provided and the towels are a little old but for the price it is amazing. The rooms are spotless with nice floors. There are two single beds in two seperate bedrooms. They were comfortable. There are two nice updates bathrooms.
There is a very basic kitchen between the rooms - but we did not eat in.
The pool is very nice.
Maro sent us GPS coordinates. It is not too hard to find, about 300 metres up a steep hill behind the town. Go from the town side.
We had a car and parked outside.
