Excellent Family Holiday
Travelling with children was easy here. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained, while we could still enjoy peaceful moments by the pool. Everything felt well organised and welcoming.

Total disappointment.
A resort with incredible potential that is exploited with the economic principle of MINIMUM SPEND MAXIMUM YIELD, at the expense of unsuspecting guests.
An ALL-INCLUSIVE resort where they don't offer you water either upon arrival or during your stay.
Let's start with check-in, only one person at the reception (10 PM) to register several bus arrivals, about a 45-minute wait in line, if you're lucky.
During the day, only the pool bar (open 11 AM - 5:45 PM) offers a very limited selection of very sugary drinks from a dispenser, and you can finally drink water from the dispenser there.
Alcoholic beverages only from 12 PM onwards, only beer, red and white wine, all on tap.
Coffee or tea is impossible after breakfast, which closes at 9 AM.
Dining service is very poor in quality, quantity, and variety. At lunch, you blatantly find the leftovers from dinner clumsily presented with pasta, rice, or pseudo-stuffed flatbreads. Even the pizza topped with the chicken stew from the previous evening. SIMPLY EMBARRASSING.
Salad quality is terrible, always with brown spots (old salad); the feta is obscene, you can find better in Kathmandu.
Safety measures missing every 20 meters, from exposed electrical cables to sharp metal sheets in high-traffic areas like the pool or showers. Corner behind the fake seawater pool reserved for burning spring mattresses; I couldn't believe it. Concierge service of a very low level with an unpleasant and not at all welcoming tone. Every now and then, there is also a lack of water for 3/4 hours. Some of the employees do their best, but lacking adequate and precise management, everything becomes more difficult.
Salad quality is terrible, always with brown spots (old salad); the feta is obscene, you can find better in Kathmandu.
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT
But are those who buy these packages aware of the very low and obscene level that this facility offers?

Lots of potential, but no 4* All-Inclusive experience
PROS:
-Sea view from almost all rooms.
-Acceptable cleanliness.
-Bus stop right in front of the hotel, offering good connections to Lindos and Rhodes Town.
-Budget-friendly price, but it comes with major compromises.
CONS:
-The rooms feature old, poorly maintained furniture and amenities. There is no sandy beach. The "beach" is actually a concrete pier, from which you enter the sea via a metal ladder directly among large boulders (definitely not suitable for small children!). The courtyard is full of cracked tiles, rusted structures, and electrical wires insulated only with tape right on the main walkways. The nearest sandy beach is at the neighboring hotel, a couple of minutes' walk away.
-The children's playground is outdated and run-down.
-Restrictive All-Inclusive & poor food quality: The buffet is very limited and repetitive. Still water is NOT included, even though the tap water is not potable (a 1.5L bottle costs €1 at their shop). Drinks are served based on a token system—you have to carry your plastic cup around all day for refills. Furthermore, the bars do not operate simultaneously but open sequentially in different locations, forcing you to take long walks across the resort. Coffee is unavailable between 10:00 and 15:00. There are almost no fruits or desserts, and ice cream is only served once per week during dinner.
-Cash deposits and hidden fees: At check-in, a €50 cash deposit per room is required for the key and remote controls (the TV only picks up 4 local channels). There are no in-room safes, only safety deposit boxes at reception (available for an extra fee + another €15 key deposit). Bathroom toiletries are only provided once, upon arrival.
-Parking: The complex has over 180 rooms but a private parking lot with only 6 to 8 spaces. Luckily, there is a deserted construction site about 150 meters away where many park their cars, as side-road parking is not possible in that area.
Advice for travelers:This hotel is only recommended if you rent a car from day one to stay mobile and have no expectations regarding the food and beverages. Avoid it completely if you are traveling with small children or if you are looking for a true 4-star All-Inclusive experience.

Don't
As a veteran of many all inclusive holidays this hotel is without a shadow of a doubt the worst I've had the misfortune to use it is a very poor 3 star if not 2 in my opinion. Firstly despite the hotel name there is no beach just a mixture of rock sharp gravel chippings and the roughest concrete conglomerate my poor feet have ever encountered there are metal steps into the sea which is all rocks not safe for kids at all watch out for the concrete reinforcing bars just sticking out of concrete for an extra hazard
The main gripe however is the food it is truly abysmal do not believe anyone saying the foods nice they are deluded. There is a very sparse salad bar zero variety no deserts at lunchtime they might have a tub of chocolate ice cream at dinner which is fought over why they don't put bowls of fresh fruit out I had beef twice at dinner, half beef burgers and liver there is no real greek food just seems so processed it was just so depressing they could have made it so much better with a gyros bar actually fixed 1 of the 2coffee machines which was broke all week sort the food serving area which is truly woeful and dated I ate out 4 times with my daughter which was lovely and we laughed as it's the first all inc I've lost weight on so not all bad. There is a chemist in pefkos the diarrhea tablets are 10 euro but buy them before you go as same ones in UK much cheaper trust me you will need them

Worst all inclusive hotel I’ve visited
Arrived home today, please read to the end for a honest review.
Location:
Amazing; views beautiful, pefkos friendly and great food, highly recommend Lindos for a day out.
Rooms:
Poor, towels not changed just refolded and put on your bed, one child never had a bed sheet throughout the whole week, shower drains clocked and flooded the whole room on numerous occasions, when maintenance unblocked the drains the room smelt terrible for hours, bathroom door locks on its own overnight
Ant infestation in bathroom, crawling all over tooth brushes etc.
rooms not really cleaned daily.
Food:
What can I say about food? Other than the worst part of our day was knowing we had to go and eat, we ate out more than in the hotel as the food was so disgusting.
Breakfast- toast (2 slices of toaster, took ages to get to use the toaster ) hot dog sausages cut into 3, green boiled eggs, water down beans, ham and cheese and cucumber.
Lunch : probably the best out of all meals but still bland and tasteless
Dinner: Awful, potatoes so hard you can’t eat them, pink chicken, salad bar same every day cucumber , lettuce and tomato and red cabbage (all dry)
No butter at lunch or dinner
Drinks:
One coffee machine at breakfast
Juices where ok
Soft drinks - no fizz taste like syrup
Alcohol- awful
If you forget your drink cup or your token for lunch you are not even allowed a paper cup of water with your meal.
Only one drink at a time- so if you would like water and a Coke you are not allowed to!!
All holiday makers where complaining over the same things- for the price you pay basic things like water should be more available.
Top tip - take lots of cash: you will want to eat out, on site shop you can buy your alcohol and soft drinks and snacks.
On arrival your have to pay your £50 deposit for air con and tv remote and then tourist tax- this is cash only and they will make you walk to a cash point at any time of arrival before you are allowed your key.
Staff: mostly friendly , but they are very strict and abide by every rule.
We had a great holiday as a family and made a laugh out of the situation.
However - I would never visit this hotel again and I would recommend that anyone that has booked to look to see if you can change hotels.
Hotel has alot of potential- let’s hope management looks at reviews and makes the changes that are necessary
