structure 10 praise, Laganas disgusting

the structure itself was 10/10, everything perfect, clean, parking available even during the week of August, swimming pool ok....but Laganas is really horrible, it's a shame this structure isn't elsewhere because I won't go back to Laganas again, Zakynthos as an island Extremely beautiful

Stay in Zakynthos

I travel as a couple; we stayed about a week. Cute location with swimming pool (usable even if other management); each room has a small outdoor patio with a drying rack provided. The only flaw: the very poor cleaning!!!!! Each room also has a micro kitchenette (no stove) with refrigerator! Located in Laganas, close to the nightclubs but still in a quiet location with parking for cars and motorcycles.

Comfortable room,welcoming staff

Stayed here for a few nights in June as the hotel my friends were staying in was full. As an 18 year-old travelling alone I was grateful for the owner,who looked out for me throughout my stay, In both the hotel and the neighbouring restaurant I was made to feel really welcome. Although Laganas is vibrant to say the least,the complex has a tranquil feel to it at all hours of the day and night. Food and drink prices in the restaurant and pool bar are extremely reasonable. However if fast WiFi and strong water pressure are important to you then you should probably look elsewhere.

first trip to zakintos

from the recommendation of friends who stayed here before, we arrived at this beautiful hotel. the rooms are spacious and what's most important is that every day the lady administering the property went through the room and replaced all the bedding and blankets with cleaner ones. even organized the kitchen after we left some things outside. Their restaurant is very good and the food is the same. I warmly recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to reach Laganas. Surely we will come back with pleasure.

Good customer service

Planned to book this hotel for July but it didn’t materialise. However, Nikos (the owner) was really helpful; reserving a room temporarily without deposit and offering a discount because i contacted him direct.
