a lovely stay
We stayed in the maisonette and loved it. There is enough space, altough the bathroom is on the smaller side but it was new and very clean, finally a good shower curtain. The view was great, there's a nice garden around the property. Our room was dark in the morning as the terrace door have shutters that block the light and the morning sun comes from the side, not directly to the terrace door.
The kitchen is small but suited our needs as we only needed it for preparing breakfast.
It is some distance to Chora but no need for car (on the way back, as someone stated) for those who like to walk, as the uphill part is really quite short and it's not like you are climbing a mountain.
Mandi was helpful with everything and we really enjoyed our stay with her, we would love to come back.

TROGLE
In a word stupid, our worst experience in stay. Where do I start first, from the fact that we go into the room and he puts us out of the tray as there was no door. A pitch-door in the dirt and the bush you hated to touch, I don't comment on wheat as it was ground floor without a trace of wheat resulting in the entrance of busty mosquitoes and I just asked why there are no filets in such a house the answer was for fire reasons and if you do not like to rent any Villa. He was asking us 140€ a night without offering anything. A rude and unhospitable owner who is not worth even 1€ of your money, who just told her that we don't know if we will stay because of all that I mentioned before asked us beyond the deposit she had received and we never asked back to pay her half the stay in total. All this with the culmination to break the badly constructed sink of the sink to flood the room and the bench next to which were all my valuable cosmetics and as soon as I tell this to this particular lady asked me to compensate for them but the problem was that my personal belongings were useless and what survived I could not use them any more on My holidays. And when I asked her who would compensate me for it and how, she came with a junkie and a voice that only didn't make us feel good she left some money, which of course and again she just showed us. I don 't talk that he didn 't apologize and all he said was Dax happening these things , but obviously they only happen in TROLES . This lady demanded 140€ for this shame, it would be fine if she owed it 30€ , nothing more!

Mixed feelings
Mixed feelings. Good location very close to the island's main town. Good view and a very good relaxation space with chairs, couches and loads of tree shade. The room was spacious and clean. On the down side, the entrance is also the balcony door which faces the east and the balcony does not have a tent for shade so the room gets hot in the mornings.
The air coming out of the air conditioning unit smelled of mould, the water in the shower had varying pressure and switched from hot to cold for no apparent reason.
The breakfast was ok, but nothing to rave about. Poor WiFi coverage and flaky connection.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel!
Rude owner,bad quality breakfast with bread gone bad ,warm filter coffee in a pot and partly baked frozen croissants,burned frozen cheese pies and Amita orange juice.Towels dirty and wet,weren't changed instead were placed back to be used again!Definitely not a 3 star hotel as claimed.Not worth it.

Very moderate
Friendly people and clean room but very moderate compared to its price. The rooms have no doors as the entrance is the window, in the morning the sun is shining opposite to this window, and the room is full of light as the curtains are transparent, the bathroom is 2-3 sqm extremely small. The breakfast room is a small one airconditioned with very moderate food and offers. Fair price for such a triple room would be less than 70 euros.
