Great service

Beinker is a popular Guesthouse in Ostercappeln. The rooms are nice, the grounds are well maintained and the staff is very helpful.
There is a big parking area on the property.
The restaurant is excellent! An excellent menu with many options for vegetarians.
We had a wonderful stay here!

13.50 eingetroffen.Platz wurde uns zugewiesen.Erste Ansprache durch das Personal 14.25 Auf die Frage nach Kuchen gab es die Auskunft Apfelkuchen !Auf nachfragen…ja vielleicht noch Himbeerkuchen muss mal nachfragen.Dann räumte Er noch in Ruhe ab.Aufgrund der Werbung des Gasthauses hatten wir uns auf hausgemachteTorten gefreut.! Schade.

Lange Wartezeit

Waren heute zum 2. Mal in 2 Monaten ziemlich enttäuscht.
18:15 dort, Getränke gab es dann um kurz nach sieben und essen um 19:45.
Es war eindeutig mal besser, schade.
Obwohl das Essen immer noch schmeckt.

Schrecklich arrogant sowie unprofessionell

kein schönes Ambiente, da total heruntergekommen und alt, sehr urig und die Zimmer sind muffig
das Personal teilweise sehr ungepflegt
Kritik an die Küche wird nicht weiter gegeben bzw abgestritten

Excellent !

Malgré notre arrivée tardive en urgence suite à une panne de voiture, nous avons été très bien accueillis par un personnel serviable et souriant. Nos chambres étaient vraiment très propres, avec un grand balcon.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec beaucoup de choix selon les goûts ! Sucré, salé, et bien fourni.
