Amazing time at Hilton Cologne

Hilton Cologne was one of the nicest Hilton properties that I have ever stayed out. Lobby was gorgeous, rooms were immaculate, food in the restaurants was outstanding. Employees were all very kind. Julian, Jr F&B Director, was so happy to help us and share his story with us. He had amazing customer service skills. Saliha at the front desk was also extremely helpful at getting us all set in our room, and continued to be friendly throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Hotel is centrally located. Very busy when we checked in. Property and facilities is as you expect from Hilton so fairly uniform affair which much individual character and feeling a little dated. Staff were efficient and polite without being overly warm/friendly. Underground parking was convenient, if a little steep in price (but expected) and spaces a little tight. Rooms were spacious with all the usual amenities. Surprised it did not have a swimming pool for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast had a wide selection including freshly made omelet and eggs. Overall, recommended if you want the convenience of m staying centrally in Köln with the familiarity of the Hilton chain, less so if you are looking for somewhere a bit of character or individual service.

The staff at the hotel were very attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good, especially the bread and coffee.

Clean, cozy, good breakfast, parking

Very close to Cologne Cathedral. Breakfast is good. There's an underground parking lot - pay. 32 euros a night if I'm not mistaken

Perfect location and breakfast, slightly older hotel

Great hotel right in the center. Delicious breakfast, the whole (rooms and general areas) are somewhat dated.
