This motel is perfectly adequate. It shows it's age but the important things like a comfy bed and pillows and a hot shower were good. They also accommodated my request for a ground floor so that was appreciated.

We ran out of travel time and had to stop for the night, so this was the place we chose of the 3 available places left. It was rundown and not very clean. We wouldn't go back.

We originally booked a two night stay, but after checking into the room, we decided to cancel our second night and stay elsewhere.
Unfortunately, the room was very different from what was shown in the Hotels.com photos. While the bed linens appeared clean, both mattresses were severely worn out with deep body impressions on each side, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on.
The room and bathroom had a strong musty, moldy smell that lingered throughout our stay. The towel rack in the bathroom had noticeable rust in several places, and the overall condition of the room felt poorly maintained.
The TV also had issues and did not work properly during our stay.
Soundproofing was one of the biggest disappointments. We could clearly hear footsteps, conversations, furniture being moved, toilets flushing from the room above, and trains passing by every few hours. Even though we were inside the room, it honestly felt like we were sleeping outdoors because of the constant noise.
The property may be acceptable if you’re not sensitive to noise and have low expectations for room condition, but it did not match the listing photos or our expectations. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

My honest opinion is that this place is very low value for money. They advertise a hot tub, which hasn’t been active for a very long time - it was closed up, had about 1 gallon of grey water in it and plenty of flies. The room smelled like mold, although enthusiastically covered up by various chemicals. The sheets and beds were clean and fresh, but looking closely, you could see that the walls were very dusty, and there was plenty of dirt on the floors in the bathroom. Will not stay again. The guy in the reception was nice though.
