A delight to stay
The lady at the check in desk was lovely and welcoming. The office is beautifully decorated with many gorgeous plants, including beautiful blooming orchids. The room was very clean, and it looked like the washroom had recently been renovated. Bed was very comfortable. The grounds are nice - beautiful garden and a couple of benches to relax on. A bit of paradise in the middle of an urban, busy area.

Had a great overnight stay at The Capri. The room was spotless, comfortable with good amenities, and the staff are very service oriented. Prices are also moderate…great value. Will definitely use this Inn again.

The room was well appointed with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Coffee and hot chocolate provided. Comfortable bed and a stopper for the bathtub to take a bath. Suite included a comfortable couch and a table to eat and work at.

This family operated motel is a solid 10! Staff were warm and personable, and welcomed our check-in hours before normal (as our room was ready). The room was spotlessly clean and extremely well lit, one of several that were quite recently renovated. Like brand NEW. (The rest are scheduled for remodelling through the winter ‘26/‘27.)
The beds were comfortable, the linens appeared to be brand new as was everything in the bathroom and the temperature controls worked perfectly. Soundproofing was also excellent. Outdoors there’s ample green space with picnic benches under the trees and many rooms including ours face the water. There’s very easy access to the freeway and we found it a short drive to many points of interest, including Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Port Dalhousie, the Welland Canal, etc.
All in all, excellent value and I would definitely stay there again.
