This property was a clean and comfortable place for our one-night stay as a couple with a toddler. The parking is very convenient, as is the simple "drop your key in the box" style checkout, and the property was quite pretty and well laid out. Aesthetically, the rooms are a little hodge-podge, and I did find the AC made some weird noises at one point (they stopped when I adjusted the temperature), but I appreciated that the room included a microwave rather than just a refrigerator, and I also liked that the room had a small table with two chairs that we could sit to eat at. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and there was plenty of space to setup the pack 'n' play we brought for our child to sleep in.

Despite the office closing at 10pm, the person on duty was clearly ready to go to bed at 9:30. It was not a very friendly welcoming after a very long day and unforeseen delay.

Perfect place to stay: economical, clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Landscaping was lovely. It's about a 5 minute drive to downtown Coaticook. We came to see Foresta Lumina and were very impressed with the town and the Parc. Lovely people and a beautiful town! Thank you for hosting us!

Very nice property. Room was amazingly clean. Very quite.Note check-in is at 4:00, not earlier. There was nobody at the front desk at 3:00, we rang the doorbell twice, no answer. We left, came back at 4:00. Still nobody. We ended up calling the Motel to let them know we were waiting outside at the door. They eventually came to greet us. Situated at 6-7 mins from Downtown Coaticook.

Everything worked perfectly. The motel is simple and has no luxuries but all necessities were there. There are beautifuuly landscaped grounds and even a couple of chickens to amuse us.Our host very kindly recommended an excellent local restaurant for supper.
