Emerald not yet a polished gem.

No shuttle service from the airport despite pre-arrangement. Hotel phone numbers not reachable from the airport leading to a 180 pula taxi ride that was never reimbursed .
clean rooms.
nothing close to continental breakfast and no restaurant.
Frequent power cuts and non-continuous generator backup. Wifi very minimal too.
Place has recently been rennovated, Clean water supply and good security.
Management could be more hospitable and customer -oriented to attract repeat visits.
Staff need more training and corporate wear so that the hotel becomes better than a mere guesthouse/ lodge..

Decent Accomodation and Cheap

Very Clean Hotel
Checked in the hotel for 14 days. The staff are very polite . the rooms are also so clean and sparkling.
The bad thing about it is the lack of lunch and dinner facility. You are compelled to ise Riverwalk mall or their sister hotel Oasis.
They only offer breakfast which of very low standard. I think they should up their game with regards to breakfast.

Decent accomodation

The Hotel is pretty decent. The rooms are of a large size and quite comfortable. The only let down is the breakfast on offer. That could certainly be improved. Also on food they should offer a lunch menu where someone can buy something light instead of travelling to the mall.

New and Crisp Hospitality

I spent three nights at this magnificent hotel and loved every moment. The rooms are quite spacious for the price they charge and are ultra clean. If you are a hygiene freak n love designer bathrooms thn this is your place. The staff are also very friendly n respond promptly to your requests. The bed linen is fresh n the air cons do work. The area just feels safe n secure which brings u peace if mind.
The only area that needs improvement is the availability of adaptors that u have to get from the reception to charge your fon or laptop since their wall power points are round n cant take pin plugs that most electronic gadgets use. N it wld also be nice if breakfast is changed to avoid monotony. The place does not offer dinner but is conveniently located a few minutes drive from Riverwalk Mall which has a lot of eating places to pick from.(Nandos,Mug n Bean, Wimpy, Rhodesio n many others.)
