Spacious, tidy, but let down by some logistical hiccups
The apartment itself is great—spacious, clean, and in an excellent location. However, there are a few operational issues to note.
* Elevators & Key Cards: Elevator wait times can be long during peak hours. More importantly, the key card kept failing to register in the lift, resulting in several frustrating trips up and down twice before I had to go back to the lobby. The staff were surprised at first, but thankfully replaced the card promptly.
* Support: When one of the bedroom doors was locked at first after check in and nobody answered the hotline, I had to visit the front desk. Once notified, the staff came up quickly to unlock it.
* Amenities: Note that the dishwasher requires the "deep washing mode" to clean effectively.
Overall a comfortable stay once the card issue was sorted, but the digital access and support response time need improvement

Creaking but Good Location Hotel
- There is a creaking sound the whole night long for all 4 nights staying here
- The balcony door opens by itself on a stormy night and it was so difficult to close and lock it properly
- The manual door lock is not working but the keycard door lock is still ok. But I prefer a 2-way lock as anybody can have the keycard and unlock the door

No kettle , asked for one but had to ask again at the end of the day. Hotel looks worn out already for such a new CBD building. Holes in wall. Damaged area on carpet fixtures askew throughout. TV unable to stream properly. No real clear instructions for our fellow travellers to traverse between floors easily. Nice view. But wouldnt want to be below level 55. Dishwasher beeped incessantly. Had to unplug it for peace and quiet.

The one bedroom apartment unserviced was fantastic for people staying for a week or longer. We stayed 3 nights and it was amazing. Had full kitchen living room all appliances and utensils. The bathroom was a bit small could only fit one person and the door had to be open to use the sink. There was a washing machine as well which would be handy for longer stays though there wasn’t any dryer or airing rack to hang anything so that was would be a bit of an issue. The facilities the spa, heated pool, sauna and steam room were fabulous. Location was great as well so overall was a great stay, would love to come back!

Some of the faults in this one-bedroom apartment:
1. No shelves or drawers for clothing in bedroom.
2. No convenient place to put one’s suitcase. Would not be a problem if I could unpack.
3. Several shelves in fridge are missing.
4. No throw cushions for the couch, so I used a bed pillow.
5. Minor: No packets of salt and pepper.
6. The wall-mounted controls for the air conditioner were confusing. Not helped by the large couch being directly in front of the controls, requiring me to lean over at an uncomfortable angle.
7. The microwave is tiny and cheap, with a dial to turn to set the cooking time. OK for longish times (several minutes) but hopeless for short or precise times like 20 seconds.
8. Rainfall shower, but no shower cap provided.
9. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers did not work. Empty? Clogged? Shower gel dispenser did work, but reluctantly.
Pluses: Good view from 53rd floor. Very convenient location. Quiet. Comfortable bed.
