Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform NAU Salema Beach Village in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that during the low season, between the 11th of September and the 28th of May, check-in is only available from 16:00, and check-out is until 12:00. The reception is available from 09:00 until 18:00. Please note that cleaning is between 09:00 and 17:00, with linen and towel changes every three days. In addition, between 1 November and 5 June, cleaning will be done every three days. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions with a link to a secured payment platform. The hotel can arrange for a PCR test (additional costs apply), which guests can book directly at the hotel. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 25 per day per pet.
