Peaceful stay

Remembering with a sweet smile. Such a wonderful stay and over all good .
Reception and house keeping staffs behaviour was so good and helping minded .

Run!

If I could, I'd put 0. The rooms and bathrooms are disgusting, including sheets and towels, the shower leaks, the toilet is not washed. The buffet is basic, they refried the rest of lunch in the evening, a miserable jar of ice cream for dessert. No drinks at the table, you have to claim them, and it will be water or coca. 2 power cuts during dinner, broken room lock and to top it all off, the wifi does not work! Shame on this hotel.

Avoid stay, unless no option

Not a hotel but service apartment. Usually for group bookings + Govt employees on short term, long stay.
Dunno why we booked here.
As thr wr not alternatives.
1) Remember your room level, as same is quite confusing
2) Extra ling walk from elevator to room incl intermediate doors.
3) Rooms are like self-catering / service apartment.
4) Breakfast area get extremely crowded, so time management reqd.
5) Must have own transportation; at times cabs refuse to ply here.

Apalling

Filthy sheets duvet cover and sweat stained pillows.
Looks appealing, but service slow to absent.
Manager did not want to know I was making a formal complaint.
No-one apologized just say okay okay, okay" - and then nothing.
Waited ages to get linen, new pillow and duvet cover after manager said 2 seconds.
We were exhausted after traveling and 7 hr trip next day had to keep chasing for linen so could go to bed.
Got room service chips they were old re-used hard as rocks inedible had to go down to restaurant and ask for a properly fresh cooked.
Just a total joke the whole place.
Reception staff and room staff lovely.
Dining room food super ordinary, very little choice or quality compared to every other hotel stayed in India.
Bed was comfy that's it.
Dirty hotel on outside too, needs a Guernsey.
A thumping noise all night from offices below, hard to sleep
