Please note that the apartments are spread across different blocks of BLK & Gangaram Hospital but all check-in and key collection will take place in our office At BLK & Gangaram Hospital (between 9 am to 8 pm) unless specified otherwise. Here guests will be provided directions to their allotted apartment & other helpful information. Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival. A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in ord+C274er to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee. Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorisation on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp. Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, extra guests will be charged. Please note that the property operates a strict no party and no social gathering policy and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Guests are also required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times while occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours. In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. Please note that all bookings will be required to pay electricity charges upon actual usage.
