Perfect central location

Wonderful location in a side street off the very centre of town. Our second stay in two years. Spotless studio with TV air conditioning, fridge and kettle, free wi-fi and balcony with washing line. Cleaned every day and bed turned down. Fresh towels and sheets every two days. Highly recommend but beware if you have difficulty with stairs, the lower stairway does not have a bannister.

Perfect for a stay in Skiathos

Maria Studios is a very good option to stay in Skiathos, right in the center in an internal street that overlooks the main street Papadiamantis where no cars pass so quiet.
In 2019 I was here in Skiathos and stayed here, the room overlooked the street: the only flaw was the strong smell of food entering the room from the premises below if the window opened.
This year, back in Skiathos, I decided to come back here and the room from the back, much better and even quieter.
The rooms are a bit ‘to be modernized but are spacious and comfortable, our equipped with a terrace with table, chairs and clothesline.
The lady who works here is super attentive to requests and very attentive to cleanliness. We had a problem with the air conditioner and it was fixed right away.
The property is on two floors without elevator.

A great stay in Skiathos town

We lay an eye on Mariza’s Studios on booking.com when we were planning our trip to Skiathos. We were sold by the description, the looks of the apartment and the facilities.
Mariza’s studios it’s family owned and run and it’s a block of 6 apartments if I understood well. It’s located on the north edge of Skiathos town near the road to the beaches and the buss station and even a big supermarket.It’s 5 minutes walk to the center of Skiathos town. The neighborhood is very quite so you have the proximity of the town and the restaurants and bars in walking distance but you skip the noise.
Our flat was just amazing. Newly bild,clean and fresh and beautifully decorated. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen connected to the living room and two huge verandas. On the one side you have the view of the town and a glimpse of the sea and from the other side the hill with olive tree plantation. The apartment is really cozy and has a lot of facilities that made our stay very comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, water boiler, a Nespresso machine, juice maker etc. there is also a washing machine.
We were unlucky with the weather in
Skiathos since it was raining the first 2 days so it was great to be able to feel cozy indoors and be able to fix dinner. The owner are very kind and hospitable. They picked us from the port and even gave us fresh eggs from their hens.
The price was undoubtedly very good for what they provide.
A great option for accommodation in Skiathos.

Fantastic

I stayed here for two weeks. I have stayed in many, many places in Skiathos over the last 20 years and this is up there as one of the best. The apartment was very well equipped and had a massive comfortable bed. It’s family run and they are very welcoming and friendly. It was kept spotlessly clean throughout my stay. It’s an easy walk to town and close to bus stop three, but really peaceful. The father collected and dropped me at the airport, which was really appreciated. A fantastic place to stay. Will definitely stay again when I return to Skiathos.

A slice of heaven

Excellent location, close to beaches and restaurants, Katerina and her husband were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Apartments are spotless and roomy,All facilities are nearby and a barbecue is also available on site
