Excellent stay

I stayed here whilst hiking the Menalon trail.
I received a very warm welcome on arrival. The lady who runs the studios was very attentive and helpful.
I was served a fantastic breakfast, ideal for a days hiking. Would definitely recommend.

Overestimated

Very clean and welcoming Guest house in a quiet and picturesque village. Handmade traditional breakfast with sweet and salty options. Very friendly and helpful the girl who manages it.You may find it difficult to have on different levels the toilet with the bedroom which communicate with a narrow twisted staircase. I'd put five stars if it had a better price.

Very nice experience

Great place for a family getaway, very nice and clean studio for accommodation, friendly service.
Many nearby escapes (Elati for horseback riding, Stemnytsa, Dimitsana, Monastery of Prodromos, Vytina, etc.) but also Valtesiniko itself offers several thrills with its beautiful view and its good food.

Amazing Stay with an Amazing Host!

We stayed in August 2018 on our way through the Menalon trail, and Aphrodite was the most accommodating and wonderful host! She spoke with us and gave us coffee and suggestions for the trip. She also let me ask her what some words were in Greek which was helpful :) she is very patient and wonderful!
The rooms are amazing and we had such a fun time making dinner in the kitchen area. We went to the grocery store and got a lot of help from the owner and her son on ingredients for making pasta with carbonara and Alfredo sauce. I can not even begin to say how warm and welcoming this village is!
Please if you are ever in the area, stay at Valtessiniko Studios and spend a few days!! You will not regret it and we definitely wish we had had more time.

Two Day vacation from the hustle and bustle of the city!

The scenery is breathtaking!! Deep inside the woods lays this beautiful village with its stone build houses, historical churches, traditional tavernas (with local meat), and most importantly the very hospitable residents of this village!
This hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway for the family, the lady that is in charge of breakfast /reservation /billing etc is doing a fantastic job! The rooms where spotless!! The breakfast plenty and very tasty!! The WiFi worked properly!! But the most important thing that really stood out from my experience from this hotel/studio was the customer service!! I have been in the hotel business for over 20 years and I know when someone needs to be praised!! Congrats on the staff, congrats on You Valtessiniko!!!
I hope to visit you again soon!!!
