Perfect Location

The studios were spotlessly clean and in a lovely, peaceful location, just around 10 minutes from Paros Port. The homemade treats offered each day were such a lovely touch and really made us feel welcome.
Unfortunately, the experience got off to a disappointing start. Despite having booked the studio back in September 2025, we were contacted the night before arrival and told there had been a double booking. As a result, we had to stay in alternative accommodation for our first night, which was inconvenient and disappointing.
Once we arrived at the studio, however, we were very happy with the cleanliness and location. The studio was very small, with the kitchen area actually situated within the bedroom, but it was perfectly adequate for what we needed.
Overall, a lovely, peaceful place to stay with exceptionally clean studios and thoughtful touches, although the last-minute change of accommodation due to the double booking did put a dampener on the start of our stay.

Excellent property!

Very cute apartment near the center.
Daily cleaning service with towel change, a thank you to Anna for her availability and courtesy.
Every morning, Mina, the host of Panos Luxury Studios, always has a freshly baked sweet or savory treat waiting at the reception, which is very much appreciated.
The beds are very comfortable, the supermarkets are nearby.
There is both a private parking lot for the property and a public one nearby.
A laundry service is available for a fee, which was very convenient for us.
Overall an excellent property!
The kitchen area and dishes could be improved, which although practical, is a bit cramped.

I strongly recommend it!

Excellent and very clean room! Very helpful the room manager lady! Very close to Panagia Ekatontapyliani, the center of Parikia, the port and the Ktel!

Our first and only interaction with the host was not very welcoming. Apparently she had a double booking and she informed us that we could stay one night and then we were left to our own devices. We had a confirmed booking for four nights since several months, so we refused to move out. Suddenly, there was a room available for the whole stay. It is not acceptable to put the burden on the customer who has planned vacation several months in advance, rather please fix your own problems and improve your systems. The stay itself was fine, room seemed renewed recently although a bit small for 3 adults. Parking is convenient and the service by the cleaning lady was fantastic.
