Excellent welcome.. the owner speaks Italian very well and recommended beaches and restaurants to us and was impeccable..

Never again at the Dilion.

This has never happened before, and I will not return to this hotel. I booked on August 27, 2025, with three other couples for a stay from June 14 to June 21, 2026, a double room with twin beds because that type was available at that time. On June 14, 2026, the owner of the Dilion, after my request a couple of days prior for a double bed, took it upon himself to inform me on the same day, June 14, at 2:20 PM, that I had to change my room for just one day, causing us significant inconvenience because we could not unpack our suitcases. However, this change was not due to my request but I believe and presume it was an error on the owner's part in managing the bookings. Furthermore, I did not approve this one-day change, which is truly absurd. Perhaps he had to accommodate someone else. Very bad, very bad, and I regret writing this negative review; it is not my usual behavior. Unfortunately, my unfortunate friends also experienced issues with rooms that were purchased on paper with a different size than the actual one, small rooms, and tiny bathrooms even for one person. The owner, after our complaints about the above, did not resolve a single problem we highlighted; in fact, he was very unhelpful. The only positive aspect was the cleanliness.

The room is spacious enough for three adults. The hotel staff are very friendly.  Cannot miss the seafood restaurant Mario which is just minutes away recommended by the staff.

Everything perfect

Small unpretentious hotel, great for cleanliness and location. Despite the small size the rooms are well-kept, well furnished and complete with everything you need. Excellent, too, the Welcoming of the owner who, speaking a very fluent Italian, was very kind and helpful to give us directions on the activities to do on the island. I recommend it.

This hotel is located in a nice area. Close by to the beach and main strip.
Room was quite tight for three people as well as washroom. Very small fridge and space for luggage. Rooms were able to be cleaned everyday. Fresh towels are provided.
However- upon arrival I felt like they lacked hospitality... greeting was very cut and dry- and they sounded like they were reciting a scripted message that was spoken in very fast and they generally did not to care that we arrived. We were also made to pay a 20 euro fee - which on the online receipt did not say that amount. No receipt was even given after we paid for it. Seemed a little suspicious to be honest.
You can also hear other people showering on your own room.
There are no elevators are so you will have carry luggage up stairs.
