The apartment was very clean and tidy. The pool was lovely and usually quiet, almost like it's your own personal pool!! The owner is very helpful, accommodating and lovely. It is well worth the stay!!

But also not
The property is located in a poorly maintained hidden street, but still just outside the center of Kos town which can be reached in half an hour's walk.
The outside of the hotel is green and well-kept, full of chickens and roosters that crow at every hour.... plus three / four cute cats who come to party.
The small room, cramped, furnished with old furniture and in our case a bit 'broken .. the strange bathroom, the shower without the door for which I personally made the water arrive throughout the room .. broken sink, dirty ..
One day I left a t-shirt on the coffee table and probably attracted by the sweet smell she had on, I found it full of ants...
There was no breakfast..nothing.
It was difficult to see even the owner who appeared sporadically for a few hours one-off ..
Cat c was always him, my friend ❤️
In short, an Italy with 70 euros per night we offer much more level services and in my case a breakfast that you can feel good lunch and dinner.
Positive note? Greece is always alive, always beautiful and always magical.
